Himalayan Salt Cave & Holistic Wellness
NY Salt Den, located at 654 Watervliet Shaker Rd in Latham, is the Capital District's only Himalayan Salt Cave — a wellness center built around more than 70,000 pounds of Himalayan salt and the ancient practice of halotherapy.
The carefully curated treatment menu blends halotherapy with massage therapy, holistic facials, red light therapy, infrared sauna, reiki and reflexology, giving guests from across the Capital Region a place to relax, breathe easier, and reset.
Halotherapy, or dry salt therapy, involves sitting in a room surrounded by Himalayan salt while breathing in micro-particles of salt, which many guests use for respiratory relief and relaxation.
NY Salt Den is located at 654 Watervliet Shaker Rd, Latham, NY 12110, convenient to Albany, Troy, Clifton Park, Colonie and Loudonville.
Sessions are approximately 50 minutes and start on the hour, with private sessions available for up to 10 people.
